🎉 Community Annual Inspections Complete!

We’re happy to share that our Annual Inspections have officially wrapped up! From March through today, our dedicated inspectors, Addy and Lydia, visited 4,533 homes across the community.

A big thank you to all homeowners for your cooperation while we were out and about taking photos. Your patience with our inspectors made the process smooth and efficient.

We also want to recognize and appreciate those who have already addressed—or are actively working on—their maintenance violations. Your efforts help keep our neighborhood looking its best!

Mills Pool

• Open Daily: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

All outdoor pools remain open through Sunday, September 21st

Upcoming Loudoun Invasive Removal Alliance Meeting's

The Loudoun County government, the Loudoun Soil and Water Conservation District and the Loudoun Invasive Removal Alliance are partnering to provide information sessions about the county’s Invasive Plant Species Management Program. They will be hosting two informational meetings to provide an overview of the program and how to prepare for the application process opening this fall.

Wednesday, August 27, 2025, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at The Barn at Brambleton located at 24439 Evergreen Mills Road in Ashburn
Tuesday, September 9, 2025, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Bluemont Vineyard located at 18755 Foggy Bottom Road in Bluemont

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved the Invasive Plant Species Management Program during its June 17, 2025, meeting, following a successful pilot program. The program aims to promote awareness of and removal of non-native invasive plant species that are negatively impacting the local economy and ecosystems. The county is partnering with the Loudoun Soil and Water Conservation District to administer the program.

Notice: Indoor Pool Closure

The AVSP Indoor Pool will be closed from Monday, August 18 through Sunday, August 24 for scheduled cleaning and maintenance.

During this time:

The outdoor pool will follow indoor pool hours
All programs and lessons will move outdoors and may be busier than usual
You’re welcome to visit our other outdoor pools at The Lakes, Woods, or Mills

Steam Room Closed

Please be advised that the Steam Room is unfortunatley still out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. A replacement part has been ordered, and we are working to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

AVSP Outdoor Pool Hours

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Please Note:

The 10 complimentary outdoor guest pool passes, electronically loaded onto your membership cards, are valid only at the Lakes, Woods, and Mills outdoor pools. They cannot be used at the AVSP outdoor pool. When bringing a guest, please inform the lifeguard.
Guest passes for AVSP are available for purchase at the AVSP front desk for $10 per day.
All residents age 6 and older must have a valid membership card with an updated photo on file for entry.
