Reccommend or Donate a Tree to Help Shape Our Community’s

Green Future! 🌳

📅 Please note: The submission deadline has been extended to June 15th.

The Ashburn Village Landscape Committee is asking for your input again to recommend common areas in need of trees. There were more recommendations last year than we could address with our budget, and those that we didn’t address will be considered again this year.

If you’d like to reccommend or donate a tree, please fill out the forms below.

The donation program is a great option if you only want a tree or two in the common area adjacent to your property. Last year, 18 trees were donated to the common areas by Ashburn Village residents.

Ashburn Village Announces the 2025 Summer Intern Program

This summer, Ashburn Village will again host students in a limited work/learning environment. We are offering a position in the business office of the community association and with our Facilities and Grounds team to assist with more hands-on, mechanical projects. The purpose is to introduce students to our industry and provide a paid learning opportunity.

Please email our Assistant General Manager, Vern James, at vjames@ashburnvillage.org with your full name and address, where you are in your education, information about your interests and accomplishments, and why you would be interested in working for the Ashburn Village Community Association.

Promoting Positive Behavior at AVSP

We’d like to take a moment to remind residents of the importance of maintaining respectful and appropriate behavior at Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion (AVSP), particularly among our younger guests.

Ashburn Village Community Association maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fighting or aggressive behavior (physical or verbal). In accordance with our community rules, any individuals involved in such incidents may face immediate suspension of facility privileges.

The Association is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for all residents and guests. We ask for your partnership in reinforcing this message with members of your household and guests, particularly minors. We recognize that disagreements and misunderstandings can happen, especially among young people. We strongly encourage all residents and families to talk with their children about finding positive and respectful ways to resolve conflicts. Listening, walking away, seeking help from a trusted adult, or speaking with staff are all better alternatives to physical confrontation.

If you witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to staff immediately. Your cooperation helps ensure that our shared spaces remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Thank you for your attention and support.

Stream Room Closed

Please be advised that the Steam Room is currently out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. A replacement part has been ordered, and we are working to complete repairs as quickly as possible.
