Ongoing Inspections:

Inspectors may be in your area doing follow-up reinspections for any noted violations from Annual property reviews, addressing resident-submitted concerns, and performing resale inspections if you are selling your home.

Parking Rule Reminder: Car Covers

Vehicles parked in open spaces on AVCA property may not be covered at any time.

Vehicles requiring covers must be parked in driveways or reserved parking spaces. Any vehicle with a cover in an open space will result in an immediate towing.

The full Vehicle Parking Policy is available online to all homeowners.

To continue making Ashburn Village a wonderful place to live, here are a few friendly reminders about trash collection:

  • Placing your trash & recycling cans in front of your own house helps ensure smooth pick-up.

  • Keeping trash bags inside your cans prevents animals like vultures and other scavengers from spreading garbage.

  • Bringing your trash & recycling cans back on the same day as pick-up keeps our streets looking neat.

  • Trash containers and recycling bins must be stored on Owner’s property and out of open view. Trash and recycling containers may be stored in the garage or behind the rear plane of the home, against the structure.

  • Waiting until after 5:00 p.m. the night before to put your trash & recycling cans out helps maintain a tidy appearance.

  • Keeping trash & recycling cans away from group mailboxes and parking islands ensures safety and convenience for everyone.

If you’re a homeowner with renters, sharing these guidelines with them is greatly appreciated. ⭐

Also, please note that bulk pickup is available for a fee of $85.89. Homeowners can schedule this service directly by calling Republic Trash at 703-818-8222.

For more helpful information about trash and recycling, please visit our Trash & Recycling page at ashburnvillage.org.

Thank you for being a valued part of the Ashburn Village community and helping keep it beautiful!
