Ashburn Village's Future:
4 Volunteer Ambassadors Needed
Dear Ashburn Village Neighbors,
Ashburn Village is continuing its work on a long‑range Master Capital Plan, and we are seeking resident volunteers to help represent the community during the next phase of this effort.
The Master Capital Plan will guide how the Association maintains and improves community amenities—such as pools, parks, trails, tennis courts, and fitness areas—over the coming years.
We currently have 16 volunteers and are looking for a 4 more to serve as Master Capital Plan Ambassadors. Ambassadors will share community input, represent resident perspectives, and help shape future priorities. This is not a technical role; it is focused on engagement and communication.
Who should consider volunteering?
Residents who:

Can attend meetings in February, March, and April

Are willing to listen to and gather input from neighbors and share that feedback as part of the planning process
- Have interest in areas such as:
- Racquet sports
- Parks, lakes, and open space
- Environmental sustainability
- Financial stewardship
- Fitness and recreation
- Community events and gathering spaces
