Using Our Pet Waste Stations Properly

We kindly remind all residents to use our animal waste stations only for disposing of pet waste bags.

We’ve noticed these small bins filling up with regular household trash, which can cause overflow and make it harder for pet owners to use them as intended.

While it’s perfectly fine to toss in small wind‑blown debris you pick up along the way, please avoid placing larger items in these narrow containers.

Thank you for helping keep our community clean and ensuring our furry friends have a tidy place to do their business. Your cooperation truly makes a difference!

Trash & Recycling Replacement Bins Delayed Until Further Notice

Unfortunately, Republic Services has informed us that bins are currently out of stock. Due to these supply constraints, there will be a delay in replacing resident containers.

If you do not have a bin at this time, Republic Services advised a temporary solution to ensure your waste is still collected. Please prepare your waste as follows:

  • Trash: Place in standard white or black bags (up to 30-gallon capacity).
  • Recycling: Place in clear bags (up to 30-gallon capacity).

They sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as their crews work to restore normal operations. Those waiting for a bin will be notifed by Republic Services as soon as your replacement container is scheduled for deliver.

If you have any questions, please contact Republic Services directly at avcatrash@republicservices.com.

Annual Property Inspections Begin in March

Each year, Association staff conduct annual inspections of single‑family homes and townhomes to help ensure properties remain in compliance with the Community Guidelines.

If you are a new homeowner in the Village, or if you’re unfamiliar with the Architectural and Environmental Guidelines that our Community Standards Inspectors follow, we encourage you to review them ahead of time. Being familiar with the Guidelines is a great way to stay informed.

Read more about the inspection process—and find out which zone your home falls under—in the February Villager magazine on pages 6 and 7 by clicking here.
