During the pandemic, the World Trade Center was approached by Gannett Productions and USA Today with an interest to produce a video on the first Sister Cities relationship between the U.S. and the People's Republic of China, St. Louis and Nanjing. With input from our St. Louis-Nanjing Sister Cities Committee, a two part series was produced. Click on the image above or the link below to view the second video in the series.
St. Louis and Nanjing may be over 7,000 miles apart, but they share the same love stories: Beer making, music, and families getting together across generations to share a precious meal.
In this episode, explore how two cities so far apart can actually share one heart. Born on the banks of two mighty rivers, two cities proud of their past and their future look forward together, as sister cities.
