The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership's Annual Meeting took place yesterday at the Chase Park Plaza. CEO Sheila Sweeney announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, St. Charles County and St. Clair County before a crowd of over 700 attendees.

The MOU calls for collaboration and cooperation in the provision of economic development services.
