Working with the St. Louis Mosaic Project, an initiative of the World Trade Center,

this year’s event will meet the workforce issue of the moment – how and why St. Louis competes for talent from around the globe, including a national perspective and local impact for our companies and economy.

St. Louis - Stuttgart Sister Cities Committee President, Susanne Evens stated "During Covid - Corona, Circus Harmony of St. Louis and Circus Circuli of Stuttgart, Germany, formed a very special bond and have finally been able to visit each other's cities.

These exchanges cultivate empathy, resilience, and a sense of global citizenship, allowing young people to see beyond the borders of their own experiences. They build lifelong friendships and networks that transcend language and geography, proving that our shared humanity is stronger than any differences.

In a world that often feels divided, the bonds formed through these exchanges remind us of our commonalities and the beauty of diversity, shaping a future generation that values connection, understanding, and peace. In line with the Sister Cities Mission to promote peace through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation one individual, one community at a time."
