The WTC was honored to host US-Japan Trade Update, sponsored by JETRO Chicago, the Japan America Society of St. Louis and the St. Louis Regional Chamber on Thursday. 

Speakers included  Mr. Shigeru Furuichi,  Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Mr. Ralph Inforzato, JETRO Chicago and Mr. Yasuhiro Uozumi,  Keidanren (USA) Japan Business Federation. 

106 Japanese firms have invested in Missouri, where Japan is the number one foreign investor, creating 10,400 jobs in the state. 


NEW CHANCELLOR'S CERTIFICATE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE SESSION STARTS ON APRIL 1, 2019

The Chancellor's Certificate in International Trade is an online program offering a practical curriculum for executives, managers and employees who conduct business or plan to work in international markets.  It is a tactical, low-cost, high-quality way to prepare and excel in international business markets. 

The program is offered by the World Trade Center St. Louis and the Office of International Studies and Programs, UMSL, with assistance from qualified international consultants and professionals at regional companies already engaged in business overseas.
The program consists of six modules. All of the modules are online, allowing participants to learn at their own pace and at a time and place that works best for them.
