An Exclusive Interview with DC/Virginia based Dr. Shawana Mufti. Dr. Mufti is a warm, thorough OB-GYN who treats patients in Falls Church, Virginia. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and provides one-on-one concierge care to her patients for personal treatment. She has had four children, which makes her uniquely sensitive to the needs of pregnant patients. Having completed her medical degree at King Edward Medical University, Dr. Mufti continued her medical education at the Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Here, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and was named best resident each year. She was also given best chief resident and teaching awards and has since been recognized for her surgical skills and research. Dr. Mufti's areas of professional focus include minimally invasive surgeries, laparoscopic surgeries, hysteroscopy procedures and non-incision sterilization. She also has special interest in menopausal and sexual issues of women. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Mufti enjoys hiking, tennis, reading, and movies. Highlight of wedding ceremony of Dr. Morad Chugtai who is a talented young physician and son of Mr. Mossadaq and Maliaka Chugtai based in Washington DC. This was one of the most memorable weddings of the year for the DC community as over 20 events were held by friends and family members in DC and those visited from around the world. The grand finale of the event was the wedding reception hosted by Morad's parent who invited legendary singer Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan to perform exclusive for the guests and the couple. Mossadaq Chugtai is a renowned DC based businessman and a community activist who founded Pal C, Pakistan American Leadership Center that focused on doing lobby work for Pakistan in DC. He is keen to continue with the mission of the organization with a proper team on his side and work with the new administration in DC
