Hello Kristina,
I would like to invite you to our upcoming 3rd District Townhall on Wednesday, August 28. Doors open at 5:30 pm at the Recreation Park Community Center and the program starts promptly at 6:00 pm. This is an opportunity to come together as a community, discuss the latest updates in our district, and discuss my priorities for the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. I look forward to seeing you there.
Happy Sundays is this weekend in the Zaferia Business District! Head over to Anaheim Street today and tomorrow between 11:00 am and 11:00pm for live music, comedy shows, and much more! Also, join us tonight at the Rec Park Bandshell to see the Knyght Ryder concert from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Looking to add a furry friend to your family? Mark your calendar for next weekend's District 3 & Animal Care Services Pop Up Adoption. Stop by the Granada Beach Parking Lot on Saturday, August 31, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm to meet your new best friend.
As always, the District 3 team and I are here to help. You can reach us at District3@longbeach.gov or (562) 570-6300.

District 3 Community Day at the Queen Mary | |
We had an amazing time with residents at our District 3 Community Day at the Queen Mary. Bill Younglove, a District 3 resident, shared his memories of seeing the Queen Mary arrive in Long Beach in 1967. So glad that our Police Oversight Director, Francine Kerridge, was able to make it.
Thank you to Steve Caloca, General Manager for Evolution Hospitality, for making this night a huge success!
