This Week's Activities: September 11 - 17
Dear Friends
We all know it—every move counts toward helping manage your PD symptoms. Get on track with our in person or online classes. Check out our in person and Zoom class list below.

This Monday, 9/11, after Kim's fitness class at the Marblehead Council on Aging, our friend and educator Gail Borden will host her first support gathering for anyone with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Details are below. Please join us for this once-monthly gathering.

Please note there is no Zoom with Kim this Thursday; she will be running in a relay race, but she'll be back the following week. There is an extra recorded class below for you to do if you'd like.

Lots of great educational opportunities coming up. Details are below in our email, along with some helpful articles. You can also always check out the latest articles, events, class schedules and more by visiting our website.
