New! The Ministry of a Deacon — October 4 Adult Forum
Sunday, October 4 at 9am
The ministry of the order of deacons is rooted in the earliest Biblical accounts of the followers of Jesus. From the calling of the original seven, deacons are called to be servant ministers in God's church helping to care for human needs while proclaiming the Gospel. Please join Deacon William as he shares about the historical roots of the diaconate and the modern role of deacons in the Episcopal Church and the world.

This book offers a timely, biblically grounded framework for how Christians should navigate political witness, cultural fragmentation, and worldly authority in an age of totalitarian terror and dysfunctional democracies. N.T. Wright is an Anglican Bishop and distinguished theologian. Copies of the book can be ordered in advance from Amazon and Barnes & Noble, or are available without charge by contacting the church office.
