Ministry School

On Friday, November 17th at 7:00 pm, in the Fellowship Hall, we will be having Ministry School. Sharing with us this evening will be Pastor Xavier Ries. We encourage all those involved in ministry, and those who would like to get involved, to attend. Sorry, no childcare.

Thanksgiving Basket Ministry

Thanksgiving Baskets are available for pick-up on Sunday, November 19th (Jones Alley). Please direct inquiries to Pastor Tony Scotti.

Thanksgiving Service

We will have a special Thanksgiving Service on Wednesday, November 22nd at 7:00 pm, in the Sanctuary. The Office will be closed Thursday and Friday, and all ministries that usually take place on those days will be canceled as well.

Youth Ministry Day Hike

The Youth Ministry will be taking a day hike the day after Thanksgiving on Friday, November 24th up at Eaton Canyon in Pasadena. They will be meeting at 8:00 am at Trail Parking Lot, and pick-up will be at 1:00 pm. Bring a sack lunch, water, hiking shoes, and your Bible. Permission slips are available in the Front Office (canceled if rain). Please direct inquiries to Pastor Diego Festa.

Christmas Choir

This year’s Christmas Choir will perform on Sunday, December 17th, at both the 9:00 & 11:30 am services. The Choir is for children ages 6 years old through Adults, who would like to sing about the true meaning of Christmas. Rehearsal for all age groups will be on Sunday, November 19th at 1:30 pm, in the Sanctuary, Joppa Room, and Gymnasium. See Pastor Fernando Gonzalez, Diego Festa or Sam Tirado with any questions.

Christmas Shoebox

This year’s Christmas Shoebox outreach will be to benefit the ministries in Colonial La Gloria in Baja Mexico. Please pray about participating by preparing a shoebox. Shoeboxes will be distributed on Saturday, December 9th, at the Colonia La Gloria, Mexico. The final meeting will be on Sunday, December 3rd at 1:15 pm, in the Gymnasium for all those participating with the event. Please direct questions to Pastor Tony Scotti.

Note: Collection of shoeboxes are being taken in the Foyer. List of suggested items and packing instructions are also available in the Foyer or the Front Office.

Youth Ministry Christmas Potluck

The Jr. High & High School Ministry will be having a “Winter Wonderland” potluck on Saturday, December 16th, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm in the Gymnasium. Please bring your favorite dish to share, and a generic gift ($5 limit) to exchange. Please sign-up in the Front Office and you may direct questions to Pastor Diego Festa.

Men's Ministry Bible Study - "Minor Prophets"

Join the Men’s Ministry in the Fellowship Hall at 7:00 pm, Tuesday evenings (childcare will be available).The Men’s Ministry will be engaged in the study of the Minor Prophets from Hosea – Jonah. We will pour over the details of God’s word which is so important to every one of us!

Women's Ministry Bible Study

The Women’s Ministry meets weekly on Tuesday evenings, at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary. This year’s study is on the book of “Exodus.” Please plan to join us for an in-depth look at God’s Word. The study guide is available in the Bookstore. You must be 16 years old or older to attend. Childcare will be available.
