Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry will be holding their monthly meeting on Sunday, November 10th at 1:30 pm, in the Bethlehem Room. The meeting is for all those currently involved. If you are interested in getting involved, please see Pastor Mario Alvarez.

Thanksgiving Basket Ministry

 We are preparing Baskets to present to families in need. This group will be meeting for prayer and preparation on Sunday, November 10th at 5:00 pm, in the Joppa Room. We are currently collecting food donations for the baskets. Lists of food items are available in the Front Office or online. If you would like to recommend a family to receive a basket, you will also be volunteering yourself to deliver the basket. You may sign-up a family in the front office. All baskets will be picked up for delivery on 11/24. If you have questions, please see Pastor Tony Scotti for details.

Ministry School

On Friday, November 15th at 7:00 pm, in the Fellowship Hall, we will be having Ministry School. Sharing with us this evening will be Pastor Xavier Ries. We encourage all those involved in ministry, and those who would like to get involved, to attend. Sorry, no childcare.

Thanksgiving Service

We will have a special Thanksgiving Service on Wednesday, November 27th at 7:00 pm, in the Sanctuary. The Office will be closed Thursday and Friday, and all ministries that usually take place on those days will be canceled as well.

Youth Ministry Hike

The Youth Ministry will be hiking on the Day After Thanksgiving, Friday, November 29th at Chantry Flat, in Arcadia Ca. We will meet at the Chantry Flat Parking Lot at 7:30 am and pick up will be at 12:30 pm. If you are planning on parking there, you will need an Adventure Pass, $5. We encourage you to purchase the pass ahead of time at REI or BIG 5. Please bring a sack lunch, water, comfortable hiking shoes and your Bible. Permission slips are available in the front office and online. Please direct inquiries to Pastor Diego Festa.

Christmas Choir 2024

We would like to invite you to participate in our annual Christmas Choir. Children (6yrs and older), Teens and Adults are encouraged to sign up. The first rehearsal will be on Sunday, November 10th at 1:30 pm, in the Sanctuary. Please note, everyone who signs up including parents, are to attend the meeting in the Sanctuary for orientation, rehearsal times, and song lists. You may sign-up in the Front Office. Christmas Choir Performance will be on Sunday, December 22nd at both the 9:00 am & 11:30 am services. Please direct questions to Pastor Fernando Gonzalez.

New Believers Study - ”Basic Foundations of Christianity”

The New Believers’ Study consists of twelve studies on “The Basic Foundations of Christianity.” The lessons are structured as individual studies that can be started at any time and is recommended for anyone at any level of their Christian walk. Join us Thursday, November 21st, at 7:30 pm, as we start lesson one, in the Education Bldg. No sign-up necessary.

Christmas Shoebox

This year’s Christmas Shoebox outreach will take place with Calvary Chapel Natura at Parque Natura, Desarrollo Natura, Tijuana, BC Mexico. Please pray about participating by preparing a shoebox. Shoeboxes will be distributed on Saturday, December 14th. Please direct questions to Pastor Tony Scotti.
