"Celebrating Forty-Five Years of Ministry"

Join us as we gather in the name of the Lord for our annual Simple Truths Conference. Saturday October 4th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We will be Celebrating Forty-Five Years of Ministry! There is an optional lunch, catered by ‘Fix On Wheels’ for the cost of $17 per person. Tickets are available online. Sorry no childcare.

Prayer Ministry Meeting

The Prayer Ministry will be holding their monthly meeting on Sunday, October 12th at 1:30 pm, in the Sanctuary. The meeting is for all those currently involved. If you are interested in getting involved, please see Pastor Mario Alvarez.

Harvest Festival 2025

We invite you to come out and enjoy our first Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 25th, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. It’s a FREE event loaded with games, bouncers, and food, but more importantly it’s an opportunity to share the love of Jesus Christ to our community, friends and loved ones. We encourage you to invite as many people possible. If you are interested in participating with the event, there are plenty of areas to serve (games, food, etc). Sign-ups are available in the church office and online under "Events". Volunteers - There will be two meetings for all those participating with this event on Sunday, October 5th & 19th at 1:15 pm in the Joppa Room. Men's Ministry Bible Study

The Men’s Ministry of Calvary Chapel Pasadena has devoted 2025-2026 series to the book of Hebrews. The men’s weekly Bible study will commence on Tuesday, October 14th at 7:00 pm, in the Fellowship Hall. The men of the church are invited to study these scriptures with us. Childcare will be available.

Women's Ministry Bible Study

Beginning Tuesday, October 14th at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary, the Women’s weekly Bible studies will commence. Please plan to join us for an in-depth look at God’s Word as we will be studying through the book of James and 1st and 2nd Peter. The workbook is available in the bookstore. You must be 16 years old or older to attend. Childcare will be available.

Thanksgiving Basket Ministry

Acts 20:35 Reminds us, In the words of the Lord Jesus “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Every year as we approach the holiday season we make preparations to bless the people in our community who are less fortunate than we are. We will be meeting in the Joppa Room on Sunday, October 26th at 5:00 pm, to discuss some of the specifics and seek the Lord’s favor in this service. Please join us if you are interested in participating in the Thanksgiving Basket Ministry. It is an opportunity to share the love of Jesus with friends and acquaintances and some of our military servicemen and women. If you have questions talk to Pastor Tony Scotti for details.

Marriage Ministry

The Marriage Fellowship is meeting for Biblical instruction and fellowship on Saturday, November 1st at 6:00 pm. Please note the adjusted date. We are continuing in this year’s theme, “In The Image of God, Pursuing Life Together.” We are focusing on developing specific areas in marriage that build oneness in our marriage relationship.

The topic for the month of November is “Pursuing Life Together”. We are also going to partake in communion together as husband and wife.

We are also having a special potluck theme- Cowboy Cookout. Join the potluck by bringing a chuck wagon food item to share with the other married couples. Childcare is not provided. We want this to be a special evening for just you and your spouse. Please direct questions to Pastor Henry Duran.
