Alloway Halloween Parade Seeks Sponsors for 2025

The Alloway Halloween Parade would like to express our sincerest gratitude to those businesses that participated last year with our first time at offering sponsorship levels to help fund the Parade for 2024. We weren't sure how effective it would be, but those businesses that participated made a very big impact on our efforts, and we thank you!

To some, the sponsorship is their way to just say hey, we are here to support the parade however we can, and to others, it was a chance to connect to those in town to showcase their businesses.

We had a small float with sponsors' banners, which we drove around the parade route many times before the parade started, and this year, we are going to go with a full trailer float hoping to fill with the banners that Jayne's Signs make for us, and to add a new mascot for the parade this year and for the future.

With that being said, we are going full steam ahead this year offering the sponsorship and ad book, as well as reaching out to new businesses, and patrons are encouraged to participate as well!

We ask for you to share this and refer us to anyone you feel would like to be a part of it!

We made some adjustments, based on feedback and what we can offer. Banners and lawn signs are printed yearly and will show preceding years involved on each sign.

***Attached you will find our sponsorship and ad details.

It's important we get the ad book completed and to the printer in a timely manner to be sure we have it earlier this year, so we ask that you provide the sponsorships, ads and payment promptly!

Debbie will be managing the payments and contacts and Nicole will manage the graphics and ad book.

Debbie's email is listed above and Nicole's is nicolepriore@gmail.com. You can also text at 856-285-4746 for Nicole, and 609-420-1159 for Debbie.

Ads need to be in black and white and we ask that ads are updated from last year!

Thank you all so much,

Nicole & Debbie
