Pet Reminder!

For everyone’s safety, pet owner's MUST keep pets on a leash and under the control of someone capable of handling them at all times. Pets left in backyards must be monitored regularly to ensure they remain secure within fenced areas. Owners of pets with a history of escaping are fully responsible for taking the necessary steps to prevent elopement.

Pets are required to be effectively controlled both indoors and outdoors. Continued barking and excessive noise will not be tolerated, as it creates a nuisance and disrupts your neighbors' ability to enjoy their homes.

Prevent Fires: Keep EV Charging at the Stations

ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING:

For your safety and the safety of your home, please do not charge electric vehicles inside residential units or garages. EV charging at home is in violation of the lease agreement. Attempting to charge an EV at home will strain the home's electrical circuits, greatly increasing the risk of fire, power outages, or other serious hazards.

To ensure your vehicle is charged safely and efficiently, we encourage you to use designated charging stations in the area. These stations are designed to handle the electrical demands of EVs and provide proper protections.

Community Notice: Please Refrain from Feeding Stray Cats

We kindly remind all residents not to feed stray cats within the community. While it may seem helpful, feeding stray animals can create unintended problems such as:

  • Increased population of stray and feral cats.
  • Property damage and disturbances caused by roaming animals.
  • Health and safety concerns for both residents and pets.

If you notice stray cats in the area, please refrain from providing food or shelter. Instead, notify the leasing office so we can take the appropriate steps to address the situation responsibly.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community for everyone.

Holiday Decorations!

Spooky season is creeping up! Deck out your outdoor space with decorations starting October 1 and be sure to clear them away within 14 days after the holiday. Let the frightful fun begin!

If something wasn't addressed or you have concerns, please don't wait for the survey - reach out to us right away. We're here to help and want to make it right as soon as possible!

LEAF PICKUP SCHEDULE

It's that wonderful time of year again to get outdoors and enjoy some fall fun with friends and family—and capture some amazing photos! Dive into those leaf piles and embrace the joy of the season. After you’ve had your fun, please rake the leaves into neat, confined piles in the grassy area between the sidewalk and curb (or at the edge of your front lawn if you don’t have a grassy area nearby).

Please remember: Do not place leaves in the street, driveway, or on the sidewalk, and do not bag them. Our grounds crew will be vacuuming up the leaf piles, so we need them to be loose and easy to collect!

We are planning to start collecting leaves the week of 6 October. Below you will find the days and areas that the pickups will be done, weather permitting. Pick up will be weekly and ongoing through the season. Please put leaves at the curb by the night prior to pick up for that week:

Monday: The Woods

Tuesday: The Prairies West of Spinning Road

Wednesday & Thursday: The Prairies East of Spinning Road

Courtyard Sign Lighting Upgrades - Prairies Legacy

The lighting upgrade project is nearly complete!

While most of the work is complete, there are still a few signs left to finish. The contractor has indicated that the project should be fully wrapped up by the end of October.

For your safety, please continue to use caution when passing by the work areas near the courtyard signs.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we enhance your community!

The Woods - Driveway Repaving Project

This project is being completed by Vandalia Blacktop, a trusted PWF-contracted vendor, and is part of our ongoing efforts to improve both safety and curb appeal in the neighborhood.

Before work begins in your driveway:

  • Each resident will be notified individually.

Important Parking Notice:

Once the work begins in your driveway:

  • You will not be able to park in your driveway or garage for approximately 4 to 5 days
  • Temporary "No Parking" zones will be posted and updated daily - please ensure your vehicle is not parked in these areas during active construction. Please refrain from parking in any driveways that are currently under construction or in cul-de-sacs.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation. During this time, some residents may need to temporarily park near or in front of your home. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Accessibility Needs:

If someone in your household has mobility needs or requires driveway access, please contact the maintenance office once you receive your phase notification letter. We'll make every effort to accommodate you.

Thank you for your support as we work to improve and beautify your community!

🔒 Shed Lock Reminder – Legacy Project

As part of the Legacy Project, we kindly remind all residents that locks must be removed from sheds. We’ve had several instances where locks were left in place, which has required additional time and resources to have them removed.

To help keep the project on schedule and avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure any locks and all hanging personal items on your shed are promptly removed.

We truly appreciate your cooperation in making this process smooth for everyone!
