Dear Residents,
As government shutdown continues, we want to assure you that our office remains open, and community operations are continuing as normal. Should any updates or changes arise that affect our community, we will share that information promptly.
We understand that the President has authorized continued pay for our Military members during the shutdown. However, this authorization occurred after the DFAS mid-month cutoff for rent allotments. As a result, DFAS may deduct the full allotment at the end of the month to transfer funds to PWF on 1 November, or you may need to make a manual rent payment – by check, money order, or through the Resident Portal on 1 November.
For all other residents, rent remains due as outlined in your lease agreement. We will promptly relay any additional information as it becomes available.
Our management team is here to help and support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Best Regards,
Tonya Patrick

Yard Violation Policy
Keeping our community looking great takes teamwork!
Please remember:
-
Yards must be well-maintained. Overgrown grass or neglected landscaping will result in a violation notice
-
Each notice will include a deadline date/time to correct the issue
-
If the issue is not corrected by the deadline, a $50 noncompliance fee will be charged to the resident account
Planning to be away?
Whether you're on vacation, TDY, or deployment, you are still responsible for yard upkeep during your absence. Please contact the office with the contact information of the person overseeing your home in your absence.
Deployed residents may enroll in the Deployed Spouse Program if being deployed for 90 days or more!

Pet Owner Reminder!
Having pets in WPAFB housing is a privilege, not a right. Pets that are disruptive or pose safety concerns may be required to be removed from the premises.
Keep pets leashed or secured, monitor backyards, and take responsibility for any escape-prone pets. Pets MUST be controlled indoors and outdoors, and excessive barking or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Thanks for helping us make WPAFB housing a safe and happy home for everyone - two and four-legged alike (and your neighbors will appreciate it)!

🔒 Shed Lock Reminder – Legacy Project
As part of the Legacy Project, we kindly remind all residents that locks must be removed from sheds. We’ve had several instances where locks were left in place, which has required additional time and resources to have them removed.
To help keep the project on schedule and avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure any locks and all hanging personal items on your shed are promptly removed.
We truly appreciate your cooperation in making this process smooth for everyone!
