To our valued resident in The Woods:

A PWF contractor, Associated Hydro, is in the process of connecting lateral water lines to the new water main. With colder weather approaching, opportunities to complete this work are becoming limited.

We are working closely with the contractor and accounting for weather conditions to complete the project as efficiently as possible. Our goal is to wrap up within the next couple of weeks.

We apologize for any communication challenges or inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

Our focus remains on completing the project successfully and ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Courtyard Sign Lighting Upgrades - Prairies Legacy

The lighting upgrade project is nearly complete!

While most of the work is complete, there are still a few signs left to finish. The contractor has indicated that the project should be fully wrapped in November.

For your safety, please continue to use caution when passing by the work areas near the courtyard signs.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we enhance your community!

ATTENTION WOODS RESIDENTS:

The dumpsters located in the Woods are for construction materials only. For you personal items that need disposal, please use the dumpsters located The Prairies, located at 6931 Chapel Lane.

Reminder – Legacy Homes in The Prairies

*NEW* As part of the gas line replacement project, the Legacy homes in The Prairies are receiving new privacy fencing. We hope you enjoy this upgrade and see it as a benefit to your home.

We’ve noticed, however, that some of the new gates and locking mechanisms are being damaged from being slammed shut. To help keep the gates in good condition, please close them gently and avoid forcing them closed.

If your gate is not latching properly or you experience any issues, contact Maintenance for repairs. This helps prevent damage and potential resident charges.

Additionally, we remind all residents that locks must be removed from sheds. Several instances of locks left in place have required extra time and resources to remove.

To keep the project on schedule and avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure all locks and hanging personal items are promptly removed from your shed.

Thank you for helping us maintain these improvements and keep the project running smoothly!

🔧 Furnace Filters & Cold-Weather Prep

With this week's chilly temperatures, many of you are turning on the heat! Help us keep your system running safely and efficiently by changing your furnace filter every 30 days.

Fresh filters improve air quality, reduce strain on your system, and help lower energy costs.

Free supplies at the Self-Help Store include:

  • ✅ Furnace filters
  • 🔋 Batteries for smoke detectors and thermostats
  • 💡 Light bulbs
  • 🔧 Plus other common home-care items

If you’re unsure which filter size you need, check the label on your current filter or your furnace panel. You can take it with you for exchange or take a photo!

We also recommend writing the date the filter is changed on the side panel of the filter so you don't have to guess when it was last changed!

If your system isn’t heating properly after changing the filter, please contact Maintenance.

Thank you for helping keep our homes safe and comfortable!
