“Enhanced Security with Passwordless Login”

Passwordless login removes the need for traditional passwords and requires residents to verify their identity before accessing their account. This improves security against phishing and credential theft, reduces unauthorized access, and makes logging in easier and faster.

New Authentication Options:

  • One-Time Passcode: Sent via text or email to the phone number or email linked to the resident’s account.
  • Social Logins: Sign in with Apple ID or Google credentials.

Resident Support:

The resident portal now includes step-by-step login guidance. Free Call Center support is available through January 12, 2026, at 1-833-711-1130 for assistance.

🎃 Beggar’s Night – Get Your Costumes Ready!

Trick-or-treating will take place on Friday, October 31st, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Please leave your porch light on so our little ghouls and goblins know where to stop for treats!

🎃 Safety Reminders:

  • Drive slowly and watch for children crossing the streets
  • Keep walkways well-lit and free of obstacles
  • Parents, please accompany younger children and check their candy before they enjoy it

Important Notice: Animal Control Services Update

We want to inform all residents that The Properties at Wright Field is currently unable to provide animal control services for both wild and domesticated animals at this time.

We are told that WPAFB is in negotiations with Greene County Animal Control regarding a new service contract. Until a new contract is finalized, we have no authorized means to trap or remove wild animals such as skunks, groundhogs, raccoons, or similar wildlife.

Please note this also applies to domesticated animals (stray cats, dogs, etc.) until further notice.

We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while the agreement is being finalized. We will notify residents immediately once services resume.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Now in its 18th year, Operation Homefront’s Military Child of the Year® Award honors the strength, resilience, and leadership of military kids ages 13–18. Know an inspiring youth making a difference? Nominate them today through 2 December 2025! Nominees must be the legal dependent of a service member or military retiree.

Yard Violation Policy

Keeping our community looking great takes teamwork! Please remember:

  • Yards must be well-maintained. Overgrown grass or neglected landscaping will result in a violation notice.
  • Each notice will include a deadline to correct the issue.
  • If the issue is not corrected by the deadline, a $50 noncompliance fee will be charged to the resident account.

Planning to be away?

Whether you're on vacation, TDY, or deployment, you are still responsible for yard upkeep during your absence.

Deployed residents may enroll in the Deployed Spouse Program if being deployed for 90 days or more!

Pet Owner Reminder!

Having pets in WPAFB housing is a privilege, not a right. Pets that are disruptive or pose safety concerns may be required to be removed from the premises.

Keep pets leashed or secured, monitor backyards, and take responsibility for any escape-prone pets. Pets MUST be controlled indoors and outdoors, and excessive barking or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Thanks for helping us make WPAFB housing a safe and happy home for everyone - two and four-legged alike (and your neighbors will appreciate it)!

Prevent Fires: Keep EV Charging at the Stations

ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING:

For your safety and the safety of your home, please do not charge electric vehicles inside residential units or garages. EV charging at home is in violation of the lease agreement. Attempting to charge an EV at home will strain the home's electrical circuits, greatly increasing the risk of fire, power outages, or other serious hazards.

To ensure your vehicle is charged safely and efficiently, we encourage you to use designated charging stations in the area. These stations are designed to handle the electrical demands of EVs and provide proper protections.

Community Notice: Please Refrain from Feeding Stray Cats

We kindly remind all residents not to feed stray cats within the community. While it may seem helpful, feeding stray animals can create unintended problems such as:

  • Increased population of stray and feral cats.
  • Property damage and disturbances caused by roaming animals.
  • Health and safety concerns for both residents and pets.

If you notice stray cats in the area, please refrain from providing food or shelter. Instead, notify the leasing office so we can take the appropriate steps to address the situation responsibly.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community for everyone.

Holiday Decorations!

Spooky season has begun! What an amazing start with the Halloween decorations! 🎃👻 We love seeing your creativity shine throughout the community.

Please remember holiday decorations must be removed within 14 days of the holiday to help keep our neighborhoods looking their best.

LEAF PICKUP SCHEDULE

It's that wonderful time of year to enjoy the fall weather, spend time outdoors, and capture some colorful memories! After your leaf-pile fun, please rake leaves into neat piles in the grassy area between the sidewalk and curb (or at the edge lawn if needed).

Remember:

  • Do not place leaves in the street, driveway, or on the sidewalk
  • Do not bag leaves - keep them loose for pickup
  • Do not include piles of sticks to the leaves.

Leaf collection begins the week of 6 October and will continue weekly, weather permitting. Please have leaves out the night before your scheduled day:

Monday: The Woods

Tuesday: The Prairies West of Spinning Road

Wednesday & Thursday: The Prairies East of Spinning Road

Courtyard Sign Lighting Upgrades - Prairies Legacy

The lighting upgrade project is nearly complete!

While most of the work is complete, there are still a few signs left to finish. The contractor has indicated that the project should be fully wrapped up by the end of October.

For your safety, please continue to use caution when passing by the work areas near the courtyard signs.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we enhance your community!

The Woods - Driveway Repaving Project

This project is being completed by Vandalia Blacktop, a trusted PWF-contracted vendor, and is part of our ongoing efforts to improve both safety and curb appeal in the neighborhood.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation. During this time, some residents may need to temporarily park near or in front of your home. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work to improve and beautify your community!

🔒 Shed Lock Reminder – Legacy Project

As part of the Legacy Project, we kindly remind all residents that locks must be removed from sheds. We’ve had several instances where locks were left in place, which has required additional time and resources to have them removed.

To help keep the project on schedule and avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure any locks and all hanging personal items on your shed are promptly removed.

We truly appreciate your cooperation in making this process smooth for everyone!
