NOISE AWARENESS

Excessive noise is the number one concern

reported to property management.

Many members of our Air Force community work night shifts and rely on quiet daytime hours for rest. Although daytime activities can't stop, Your consideration makes a meaningful difference.

If noise becomes an issue, we encourage neighbors to communicate directly and respectfully, first. Often, others may be unaware that they are causing a disturbance.

Pets may not be left outdoors unattended to create a disturbance by excessively barking and/or howling.

For ongoing or excessive noise concerns, please contact Security Forces at 937‑257‑6516.

Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Daily: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

If you notice anything suspicious - such as unusual behavior, unfamiliar individuals lingering, vehicles with expired tags, or anything that simply doesn’t seem right - please report it immediately.

Contact Security Forces at 937-257-6516 for immediate response and notify the leasing office as soon as possible.

Promptly sharing concerns can help prevent incidents and ensure a safe environment for everyone!

YARD COMPLIANCE REMINDER

Residents must keep grass cut, fence lines weeded, and bushes trimmed within the 50 feet of their home's exterior.

Quality Assurance inspections are performed weekly and violation notices are given for homes not meeting mowing and trimming standards.

Free lawncare equipment is available for loan at Self-Help!

If you’re preparing to retire or separate from active duty, please stop by the Leasing and Management Office within five (5) days of receiving your official notification so we can walk you through the next steps for housing!

Gas Line and Fence Replacement Project - ONGOING

(Legacy Homes in The Prairies)

PWF’s contracted vendor, Apollo Home, is working at The Prairies Legacy homes to replace the existing gas service lines. In coordination with this project, crews will be removing and rebuilding the privacy fencing to streamline work and minimize disruption.

To prepare, please ensure the following steps are completed before work begins:

* Remove all items from your porch and store them inside sheds or garages.

* Clear all items from on and around fences and sheds.

* Remove any locks from gates to allow easy access.

* Pick up all pet waste, and keep pets leashed while outside.

* Supervise children closely, as crews will be digging and working in open areas.

* Please be mindful of workers and equipment to support a safe work zone.
