Serving Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Since 2002

Dear Residents,

With the federal government officially re-opened, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to the entire Properties at Wright Field community - military members, families, and federal civilian employees - for your patience and cooperation. Your support allows us to maintain community standards and provide uninterrupted service during a challenging period.

Over the past several weeks, we remained focused on maintaining consistent services, supporting our military families, and ensuring operations continued without interruption.

We will continue to share community updates through our newsletters, direct email, social media, and office postings to keep you informed as everything returns to normal across the installation.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to the Leasing and Management Office. Our team is here to support you.

Best Regards,

Tonya Patrick

PET REMINDER

For the safety of all residents and pets, please remember that all dogs must be leashed and secured at all times and under the control of someone who is capable of controlling them when outside your fenced backyard.

Electronic collars do not meet the requirement of having a dog leashed.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.

REFUSE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION

Trash and recycling may be set out for pickup not more than 24 hours prior to Tuesday's pickup with waste wheelers and recycle carts collected by the resident within 24 hours of pickup.

Should waste wheelers and recycling carts be set out early or not picked up within the allotted time, crews will collect them on Thursday of each week and they will be taken to the Self-Help store. Residents will be responsible for picking up waster wheelers and/or recycle carts and taking them home.

Reminder – Legacy Homes in The Prairies

*NEW* As part of the gas line replacement project, the Legacy homes in The Prairies are receiving new privacy fencing. We hope you enjoy this upgrade and see it as a benefit to your home.

We’ve noticed, however, that some of the new gates and locking mechanisms are being damaged from being slammed shut. To help keep the gates in good condition, please close them gently and avoid forcing them closed.

If your gate is not latching properly or you experience any issues, contact Maintenance for repairs. This helps prevent damage and potential resident charges.

Additionally, we remind all residents that locks must be removed from sheds. Several instances of locks left in place have required extra time and resources to remove.

To keep the project on schedule and avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure all locks and hanging personal items are promptly removed from your shed.

Thank you for helping us maintain these improvements and keep the project running smoothly!

🔧 Furnace Filters & Cold-Weather Prep

With this week's chilly temperatures, many of you are turning on the heat! Help us keep your system running safely and efficiently by changing your furnace filter every 30 days.

Fresh filters improve air quality, reduce strain on your system, and help lower energy costs.

Free supplies at the Self-Help Store include:

  • ✅ Furnace filters
  • 🔋 Batteries for smoke detectors and thermostats
  • 💡 Light bulbs
  • 🔧 Plus other common home-care items

If you’re unsure which filter size you need, check the label on your current filter or your furnace panel. You can take it with you for exchange or take a photo!

We also recommend writing the date the filter is changed on the side panel of the filter so you don't have to guess when it was last changed!

If your system isn’t heating properly after changing the filter, please contact Maintenance.

Thank you for helping keep our homes safe and comfortable!
