Celebrating 20 Years with Anne Heishman! ⭐

Our Lead Leasing Professional, Anne Heishman, is celebrating 20 years with The Properties of Wright Field!

Anne has welcomed countless families to our community and truly made it her own. In property management, this kind of longevity is rare, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work over the years.

Please join us in congratulating Anne on this incredible milestone!

⚠️ Lawn Care Clarification

A recent advertisement was posted on our official Facebook page incorrectly stating that residents are not responsible for lawn maintenance.

This post (shown below) was created by a third-party marketing service and does not reflect our community policies. This was an unintentional error, and we appreciate your patience as we corrected it promptly.

As outlined in the Lease Agreement and Resident Handbook, residents are responsible for mowing and maintaining their lawn.

We apologize for the confusion. If you have any questions, please contact the management office directly.

While the pond at the Clubhouse may appear frozen, it is not safe to walk or play on.

We have observed children walking on the ice, which is a serious safety hazard. With warmer temperatures expected, the ice will begin to thin and become extremely dangerous.

Please follow all posted signage and talk with your children about staying off the pond at all times.

Your cooperation helps keep everyone safe.

🚗 Slow Down for Safety

A friendly reminder that the community speed limit is 15 MPH throughout the neighborhoods. This limit helps keep everyone safe - especially children, pedestrians, cyclists, and pets.

Please take a moment to slow down, stay alert, and help us maintain a safe and welcoming community for all. Thank you for doing your part!

REMINDER: SNOW POLICIES

  • Residents are responsible for clearing snow from driveways, porches, and sidewalks within 50 feet of their home.

  • Please avoid parking on roadways during active snowfall. This helps our team clear streets more efficiently and safely.

  • PWF has over 400 acres of land with miles of roadways for which we are responsible. If the storm is prolonged, we may not begin clearing efforts until the storm has passed. We will be doing snow removal in order of priority:

1. Main Roads, 2. Secondary Roads, 3. Cul-de-sacs, 4. Parking Lots & Garage Areas
