Senate Bill #3: An act to amend Title 11 and Title 24 of the Delaware Code relating to deadly weapons
Status: To be heard in Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, March 31st at 1:00PM.

Purpose: This bill creates an application process to obtain a handgun qualified purchaser card to authorize the purchase of a handgun and requires that an applicant complete a firearms training course within 5 years before the date of application.
Senate Bill #6: An act to amend Title 11 of the Delaware Code relating to deadly weapons
Status: To be heard in Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, March 31st at 1:00PM.

Purpose:
This Act creates the Delaware Large Capacity Magazine Prohibition Act of 2021. The Act includes clear definitions for the term “large-capacity magazine,” as an ammunition feeding device with a capacity to accept more than 17 rounds of ammunition.
Senate Bill #5: An Act to amend Title 15 of the Delaware Code relating to the registration of voters
Status: To be heard by the Senate on Tuesday, March 30th at 2:00 PM.

Purpose: This Act creates an automatic voter registration system at the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and grants the State Election Commissioner the authority to implement automatic voter registration at other state agencies that already offer voter registration services under existing law.
