Fraudulent Emails

Please be mindful of fraudulent emails. The volume of these emails continue to increase, often asking for gift cards or money, a favor but the sender cannot speak by phone, and most recently, attachments to emails posing as a bill or invoice.

The best way to combat these types of attacks is to check the sender's email address or phone number, and confirm requests with a conversation. Do not click on any links, attachments or reply to the message if you have any suspicion the email or text is fraudulent.

Earth Day Sunday

Join us this Sunday as we gather in gratitude and hope to celebrate God’s creation with an Earth Day service.

Our liturgy will include Creation Care focused prayer, scripture, and song as we give thanks for the beauty of the earth and renew our call to be faithful stewards of all that God has made.

All are welcome. See you this Sunday!

JUST Pensacola

The JUST Pensacola Nehemiah Action is Tuesday, April 28th, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at First Baptist Warrington, and YOU are invited!!! Once a year, congregations from all over Pensacola and Escambia County come together in this exciting meeting to generate power to address serious problems in our community. At this year's Action, we are asking city and county officials to allocate funds for a two year pilot project that will improve public awareness and access to United Way's 211 and 988 mental health hotlines. This is critical mental healthcare for our community that will only happen if enough people gather on the 28th. So tell everyone you know, bring your friends and your strangers, and we'll see you at First Baptist Warrington!!! Childcare will be provided, and kids are also welcome to attend the program!

Please register using the following link: Nehemiah Action registration

Volunteers are also welcome and needed! Volunteer Sign Up

Children & Youth News

Children's News

Notes from Alice Ann Ferguson

Children and Families Minister

Thank you again and again and again to all of you who helped in any way, shape, or form with our Children’s Ministry Easter Week activities. Our church really does Love to Love, especially when one of us is in need. So, from the bottom of my tattered heart, thank you.

Our Godly Play story this week is Knowing Jesus in a New Way, Part 1. This story series does a beautiful job of explaining what happened after His resurrection but before Pentecost. Check out the story script below if you want to know exactly what’s happening in our Godly Play classrooms this weekend! **Just a reminder, we start taking kids at 10:00 am each and every Sunday.**

VBS is coming June 1-5, 2026!!

I’m still seeking and praying for ADULT and TEEN volunteers for our upcoming VBS. Since our VBS is open to the greater Pensacola community, teens will earn service points for their service time.

Speaking of VBS, a VBS Google registration form will be coming out soon. To make the process that much easier, we will also be providing a QR Code. Be looking for that next week.
