Photo: City Staff placed barriers on First St E between E Napa St & Patten this week to accommodate expanded outdoor seating for Pangloss Cellars. The partial closure is part of the City’s “ Sonoma Al Fresco” program, which assists businesses in temporarily adding or expanding their outside service options to meet COVID-19 related health standards while providing safe areas for pedestrians.
