A Letter from the Art Guild about the Trinity Art Fair
Dear Trinity Church Community,
Please join us for the Trinity Art Guild's Art Fair from 10 am-4pm, on Saturday, April 25. Inspired by a similar event held 10 years ago, under the leadership of the late Dianne Weaver, founder of the Trinity Art Guild, a significant portion of proceeds from this event will benefit Camp Henry on Lake Logan, supporting scholarships for youth attending the camp this summer. Admission to the Art Fair is free and open to all.
Our event will showcase creative talents of more than 38 artists, most of whom are members of our own congregation, joined by other talented participants. It will feature works in a dazzling range of artistic expression, including painting, woodworking, ceramics, stained glass, books, LEGO creations, textiles, jewelry, eco-art and mixed media pieces. The show includes professional artists as well as enthusiastic amateurs, sharing a wonderful sampling of their artistry and craftsmanship with the community. As we celebrate this bounty of gifts and talents, the Trinity Youth Group will be on hand to sell sandwiches, snacks, desserts and drinks to attendees. Please bring your friends and family members to immerse yourself in an oasis of beauty and creativity.
We sincerely hope that all Trinitarians will accept our heartfelt invitation to join us on April 25 for this very special occasion!
Marie Colton Woodard
