Introduction to Knitting!

Tuesday, April 25th @ 5:30pm


Learn the basics of knitting in this 4-week course! Learn about: 

  • Yarn
  • Needles
  • Gauge
  • Basic knitting stitches (knit, purl)
  • Casting on
  • How to read a pattern

We’ll take you step by step through your first knitting project: A hat!

Red Cross Blood Drive

If you are an eligible type O, B-, or A- donor, please consider making a Power Red donation. Red blood cells are the most commonly transfused blood component.

Wildlife Encounters

Wednesday, April 26th @ 1:30pm


Enjoy seeing seven live animals at this Junior Zookeeper Encounter. 


If weather allows, this event will be held outside. Bring blankets and chairs. If weather is cold or wet, we will meet in the children's room and sit on the floor. 

Poetry Slam

Wednesday, April 26th @ 6:30pm


Stop by the library for an evening of poetry! You can read a poem you wrote or even a poem you just really enjoy. Original poetry, Instagram poets, TikTok poems, we want to hear it all!


Refreshments will be served. This is an all ages program.
