Participation is voluntary, and the collected information will be confidential and used for statistical purposes only. The Ontario Ministry of Health is collaborating with Statistics Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada to ensure Ontario-specific data is collected, particularly from populations most impacted by PCC.
