Teaspoon Tips

For Spring Cleaning

This Week's Tip: Your Car

I know some of you have pristine cars, so you can bypass this tip, or can you?

Here’s what cars represent according to Symbolopedia.com:

Cars, as symbols, stand for personal power, ambition, energy, and the ability to navigate one’s own life. They represent a person’s journey or path in life, often highlighting the individual’s control over his or her own destiny. Additionally, cars symbolize the level of control over his/her life’s direction and how one chooses to tackle the obstacles along the way.

My first question: Is there clutter in your car?

Let’s check:

  1. The glove compartment
  2. The cup holders between the two front seats
  3. The door pockets
  4. The dashboard
  5. The backseat
  6. The back window area
  7. And...oh my gosh, the trunk!!

If cars really do symbolize your personal power, ambition, energy, and the ability to navigate your own life, then what’s all that clutter doing there? I know you don’t want to block yourself moving forward, but you just may be doing so unwittingly.

My tip:

  1. Take all the stuff out that isn’t attached.
  2. Assess how necessary it is for your driving.
  3. Replace only necessary items.
  4. Figure out what to do with the rest.
  5. Then get the car washed, or better yet, detailed!

Let’s see you ride forward in life unfettered and uncluttered with greater control over your destiny. Giddyap, Baby!
