St. Michael's Response to the Hurricanes
1. Our Financial Response
■ Emergency Funds sent to Water Mission to help hurricane relief in
Western North Carolina.
■ We are partnering with the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina (ADOSC), the
Anglican Relief Development Fund (ARDF) and Water Mission.
2. Our Material Response
■ We are packing emergency relief buckets filled with cleaning supplies and
hygiene items.
■ We are collecting donations of new and gently used/clean winter clothing,
especially coats and also, women’s feminine products, baby formula, wipes,
diapers and onesies.
3. Our In Person Response
■ Willam Mace will be taking a truck next weekend to deliver donated items to
Western NC. Our goal is to send supplies to North Carolina every 2 weeks.
■ Missions Task Force will be packing and sorting donations next week and in
the coming weeks.

Donations have been steadily coming in! See pictures below of Jean and Johnny Corbett and Susan Waring in the Connection Room. There is an urgent need for new or gently used/clean winter clothing items such as coats, hats, sweaters, and scarfs, feminine hygiene products and baby items (baby formula, wipes, diapers and onesies.).
