PARISH OFFICE COORDINATOR

Full Time Position - Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Friday, 8:30 am-12:30 pm


St. Michael’s vision focuses on transforming hearts through Jesus Christ. In line with this vision, the primary goal of this position is to engage effectively with church members and visitors by providing management of the database and a welcoming impression of St. Michael’s Church.


Additional responsibilities include assisting the Director of Communications with daily administrative responsibilities and supporting the Parish Administrator and other office staff with various tasks to further the mission of St. Michael’s Church. Volunteer Opportunity

The St. Michael's Church Office is in the midst of a staff transition and is looking for a volunteer to assist in the front office reception area for the month of December. It would be four days a week, Monday-Thursday,

10 am - 3 pm.

Super Wednesday Fall Lineup


The last Super Wednesday (morning and evening classes) for Fall 2025 will be Wednesday, November 19th.

Super Wednesday will return on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026!

Join us on Wednesdays! Morning Chapel starts at 10 am in the Belser Chapel. All are welcome!


The Super Wednesday Homeschool program has lunch after Chapel from 11:30-12:30 pm, and ends with a study hall from 12:30-2 pm. Registration is still open for children ages K-12th grade. Contact Dee Goehring for more info at dee@stmichaelschurch.net.

UPDATE ON OUR PARKING POLICY


Our Fall programming began on September 3rd and that means that parking spaces in the Alley parking lot are in high demand. We kindly ask that if you are planning on attending a Bible Study, church meeting or involved in any church activity Monday through Saturday that you prominently display a parking pass on your dashboard.


**Please note that these passes are for Monday-Saturday only...there are different passes for Sunday parking and it is limited to those who are elderly, have disabilities or families with infants or very small children.**

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
