Gratitude for Ann Hood
With great gratitude for her musical ministry among us, we wish Ann Hood God’s grace and blessing. Ann served as our interim organist, then became the Assistant Music Director under Matthew Wilkinson. For all your faithful years, thank you Ann Hood for serving on our music team and God’s best for you and your next chapter. In Ann’s words, St. Michael’s has been a blast and it’s now time to start a new chapter!

GIC 2026 BANQUET SPEAKER
Jack Easterby is a Columbia, SC native and a graduate of Newberry College. He served as the team chaplain for the @chiefs from 2011-2012 and as the Director of Team Development and Character Coach for the @patriots, where he was a part of winning Super Bowls 49, 51, and 53. Most recently Jack oversaw the reset of the @houstontexans as their Executive VP of Football Operations from 2019-2022. He has also served as a consultant for multiple NBA teams and Olympic teams and has mentored numerous PGA tour players on their journeys. Jack and his wife, Holly, have two daughters; they currently live in Charlotte, NC.

The evening started with a chili dinner in the Kinloch Room and ended with hot cocoa and cookies in the Narthex. It was a wonderful, joy filled evening and the weather couldn't have been more perfect!
