Our mission team members to The LAMB Institute in Honduras, Will Kendrick, Caitlin Watts and Jordon Hoort returned safely back to Charleston last Saturday, July 27th. We are excited to hear about their time spent with The LAMB Institute and how God blessed them while they were there.

As we gear up for the upcoming school year, St. Michael's is happy to extend a helping hand to our mission partner schools. We invite you to help support these schools by generously donating essential supplies. You can help to significantly impact the lives of local students and their families. Your donations can be dropped off in the Narthex on Sundays or at the back door in St. Michael's Alley. Thank you for your generosity in helping our mission partner schools!

Family Ministry News

Join us this Sunday, August 4th for an evening of summer fun and fellowship for the whole family! Bring a picnic basket and your choice of outdoor sports equipment to Moultrie Playground at Colonial Lake from

5:30-7:30 pm. The Youth Group will be meeting at the Colonial Lake Tennis courts from 6:00-7:30 pm as well.

On August 11th at both the 9 am and the 11 am services we will be blessing Student's backpacks and Teacher bags...don't forget to bring your child's backpack or your Teacher bag to receive a blessing and a special gift!

Be sure to mark your calendar to attend our Family Ministry Open House on August 25th at 10 am in the Kinloch Room. This is a great opportunity to sign your children up for Sunday School and Super Wednesday and to also learn more about being a volunteer in our Family Ministry programs. Refreshments and fun will be provided!

In order to continue our children's Sunday School programs, we need volunteers. Please pray about how you can get involved.

It's officially August and there are 15 days left to sign up for our Parish Retreat! After August 15th, the rooms are no longer reserved for our group and will be available to anyone who wants to book a stay at Epworth. Make sure to sign up before August 15th to get our group rate and to ensure your spot!
