Water Safety
It’s important to recognize the signs of a rip current and know how to stay safe. Always swim near a staffed lifeguard tower, pay attention to the beach warning flags and don’t hesitate to ask a lifeguard if you’re unsure about conditions. Remember, alcohol and swimming don’t mix. Drinking can impair your judgment, balance and coordination, increasing your risk in the water.
Our Ocean Rescue lifeguards are on duty daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
