Woofstock Dog Festival














Woofstock is Buddy Dog's annual festival celebrating dogs, and their people! It is a fun, family-friendly event and a great way to support the shelter! There will be live music, vendors, exhibitions by dogs and their handlers as well as delicious food and its held rain or shine! Bring your pup and your Little! $7 admission. Kids 10 and under are free.

Family Fun Days at Old Sturbridge Village
Celebrate Labor Day Weekend with games and excitement for everyone! ArtsWorcester is hosting their second Teen Night. Apple Days
Enjoy the crisp autumn days at Old Sturbridge Village with special events throughout their Apple Days celebration. Come tour the orchards, help pick apples, and taste some nearly forgotten heirloom apple varieties. Throughout the day interpreters will be cooking and preserving the fall fruit. Do you and your Little love to craft? Introducing the new section of our Match Activity Calendar: the Craft of the Month ideas! Each month check out our idea for a fun, useful, easy craft project to try with your Little. 

September's craft idea was inspired by the Back to School season! It is a White Board/Chalk Board that you can make out of an old hardcover book. Your Little can use it to work on homework math problems, spelling, or just for fun! For full directions and even more fun ideas visit Design Dazzle.

Volunteer Day at Broad Meadow Brook
Help care for the sanctuary and enjoy a few hours of fresh air, fun and fulfillment. Ability to work without supervision required; carpentry skills welcome; nature lovers appreciated.
