Turmeric Ginger Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
• 1 inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 tsp. dried turmeric)
• 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
• 1 cup coconut milk (or sub in almond or nut milk)
• 1 tsp.organic vanilla extract
• Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
Place turmeric, ginger, banana, ice and pineapple in blender and blend until smooth. Add milk and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.
