Make-Ups & Cancellations
You can now cancel or reschedule your class appointment(s)!
We are proud to announce that you now have the option to schedule your own make-ups.
How it works:
You'll receive an email 3-4 days prior your scheduled group class with the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you "reschedule" your appointment, the system will show you a monthly calendar of class openings for your specific group type.
Once you reschedule (or cancel) your appointment, you'll receive an email confirming your new appointment.
Important:
Only group class participants can cancel or reschedule their appointment. Private lesson appointments must contact the front desk to cancel/reschedule their lesson.
To qualify for a make-up, 24 hour cancellation required. Anything less than 24 hours is considered a late cancel and player is ineligible for a make-up. This applies to all lesson types (i.e. privates/groups/semi privates).
