TIA UPDATE: COVID-19
TIA remains open and on schedule! We will continue to follow updates and protocol suggested by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other credible agencies to best ensure the safety of our players and staff.

We ask that you help keep TIA virus-free; if at any time you have been directed to quarantine your family, or if you are showing any symptoms of the virus, please refrain from attending your tennis lesson(s). Please call or email TIA, at least 24 hours in advance, to assure you receive makeups.
TIA PROTOCAL TO REMAIN HEALTHY
  • Per Governor Cuomo, no person gatherings of 500+ in New York State. TIA has a max range of 60-65 people per hour at peak times.

  • Any employees not feeling 100%, are asked to stay home. No exceptions.

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer station is available at the entrance; easy access and convenient use in between hand washes.

  • Our TIA maintenance crew is disinfecting the facility and professional equipment, with approved cleaning detergents, nightly.

  • The TIA team has been instructed to take extra precautions to avoid any unnecessary physical contact (i.e. high fives).
KEEP YOURSELF & TIA HEALTHY
  • Wash your hands using hot, soapy water for 20 seconds - this is the best way to control transmission.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue. We have tissue boxes, hand sanitizers around the facility for easy access.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid sharing of cups and water bottles.

  • Stay home if you're feeling sick!
