It's Fruits, Veggies, and Whole Grains that are going to give you the nutrients you need. Add D3 and B12 and Omegas and all good. Get out and raise your heart beat. This is a great time to try something new. Take a hike, walk your dog, watch a Workout or Yoga video. Do it! I know you can keep positive. Get up, Stay strict on your meals. Stay true to your goals. Get to know those around you, better. The human spirit is resiliant, you are going to get through the tough times. I have Faith.
