What We Provide

Having an uneducated community can be scary when it comes to solid waste management. Recyclables go in the trash, or trash goes in the recycling when residents are confused about what items can be recycled, where they can be recycled, and how.

According to the Recycling Partnership's 2023 Knowledge Report, 70% of those surveyed could not answer correctly about recyclable packaging. For example:

  • Nearly 30% admitted to “wishcycling”
  • 46% of people said “yes” for Styrofoam and 31% for food waste when asked if they belong in curbside recycling carts
  • 30% or more were confused about how clean items need to be, how to recycle items made of multiple materials, and what happens to materials after they leave the home.

These statistics get a big "Boooo!" from us. Fortunately, environmental education provides the skills and knowledge to participate correctly in solid waste programs. Eco Partners makes this frightfully easy for you. We research, write, and print newsletters and specialty publications tailored to local recycling and waste reduction programs. One reason our publications are so effective is because of the "wicked good" staff who work on them.

Don't be haunted by a lack of environmental education in your community! Call us today or visit us online for details on how we can help.

Wishing you all treats and no tricks!
