Sofia's Disney Wish

Meet Sofia! She's an outgoing and energetic 10-year-old girl who loves arts and crafts, the Disney Descendants trilogy, and the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys. When Sophia was very sick and needed a liver transplant, she was able to get through it and recover with the support of her family and her favorite shows and movies.
