Running since 2005 and living with MS since 2009, Julia shows that strength comes in many forms—extra layers, a little self-forgiveness, and a big sense of humor.

Her favorite running partner? Her 12-year-old daughter, who’s already passing her in speed, and Julia loves every second of it.

Winter miles, snowy trails, and a lot of laughs—Julia proves that the best stories are made on the trails.
