We want your photos! Take a picture of you, your neighbors, or your community and send it to [email protected] to be shared in our weekly emails.
THIS WEEK IN RED ROCK VILLAGE
“People working together in a strong community, with a shared goal and common purpose, can make the impossible possible!”

Tom Vilsak

We are aware of and actively working with the homeowner on Spirit Lane to correct the front yard issue many residents reached out about. Today, a dumpster will be dropped off for cleanup and removed by the end of the weekend. As always, we appreciate the extra eyes around our community!

Thank you,
Daniel Perez, Community Manager
COMMUNITY EVENTS!

We are always looking for volunteers. We meet every 3rd Wednesday from

DID YOU KNOW?
CCMC is continuing to work with the Association’s previous managing agent, AAM, to provide an accurate accounting for each unit’s payment history. Because this could cause a delay in the assessment billing, late fees will not be charged for the month of September.

You can help Red Rock Village "go green" and save the community money by signing up to receive your Assessment billing statement via email. It costs $2.00 for each assessment statement sent through the mail.
Signing up for Direct Debit ensures you're never charged those annoying late fees on your quarterly assessment. Your payment is automatically deducted, from the bank account of your choice, on the due date.
POOL AREA
POOL LIGHTS
Have you seen the light?! All pole lights within the pool area and pool area parking lot were repaired on September 3, 2021!

KEEPING IT CLEAN
Please help us keep our pool area clean. Over the past two weekends, trash cans were overfilled and people in the pool area were still placing trash over and around the containers.

We're working with the Board to add additional trash containers in the pool area. We greatly appreciate all your help to keep our community pool area clean.
LET'S TALK ABOUT LANDSCAPING
5-WEEK LANDSCAPING SCHEDULE
They'll be focusing one full day on parks each week before moving on to detail work in one of the areas below. Next week, crews will be in Area 3.

COMPLIANCE CORNER
As we near the date for the community audit, Sept. 13, please remember to assess your home and correct any issues you find. Communication between the management team and owners is essential as we move forward. We appreciate all your cooperation as we move forward with compliance.

The most common issues in Red Rock Village are:

Landscape: Weeds, dead plants or trees, missing decorative rock in yards, erosion issues, and unauthorized landscape improvements.

Home Exterior Paint: Fading paint on home or garage doors, exposed or damaged stucco, exposed wood trim on the home.

Parking: Vehicles parked on any area that is not the driveway or street and commercial vehicles exceeding the size limit of the community. Commercial vehicles include large trucks, semi-trucks with trailers, RVs stored on any portion of the lot, trailers stored on lots, and inoperable vehicles.

Unsightly Articles/Hoarding: Storage of any items on the exterior of home viewable by neighboring owners, including boxes, tires, mattresses, vehicle parts, storage containers, or any items that are not part of the home's exterior or approved landscape.

What to expect in the next 60 days: I'll be working on an audit of the entire community of all existing violations will start on September 13, focusing on the main issues outlined above.

When you receive a courtesy notice or violation letter, it will include educational information and reference the section of the governing document your home is not in compliance with. Because we are unaware of personal situations, I encourage you to contact me to discuss the violation and work together to get your home into compliance.
Throughout this process, we'll focus on community-wide owner education of violations and CC&R requirements. We'll be outlining the enforcement process and how to remedy violations or request additional time (if needed). Homeowner education will be done via email blasts, postcard mailers, direct email, and phone calls.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
