We came out to support Rufina Perez-Gutierrez as she choregraphed and directed a production of In the Heights at Compton High School.

Palm Sunday

This last Sunday, worship began in the courtyard with our traditional

procession around the sanctuary and ended with our annual tradition of filling the Easter eggs for next week's Easter egg hunt.

Sermon: There You Will See Him

Scripture: Matthew 28:1-10

After an inspiring Easter worship, the kids will enjoy an egg hunt, and all will enjoy a time of fellowship and refreshments.

Coffee Fellowship on Easter will be potluck. Dale Ramont will make the coffee, as usual. We encourage others to consider bringing some form of finger food to share: cookies, breads, deviled eggs, veggies or fruit...any treat that does not require utensils to eat.

The glory of our Easter service is not a secret, but we could still use your help getting the word out. Let people know that if they don't have a community of faith where they can celebrate Easter, they are welcome to join us!

Our Chancel Choir is a non auditioned choir that is supported by the wonderful voices of our choral interns. All are welcome to add their voice as we lead the congregation in giving praise to God.

Evening Bible Study, April 8, 7pm in the Library

We are studying the parables of Jesus. We will be discussing Matthew 13:1-9, the parable of the sower.

The Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) has completed the Mission Discernment Profile (MDP) and uploaded it. They have begun to evaluate applications that they have received and will soon begin conversations with potential candidates.

Holy Humor Sunday - April 12

It has been said that the resurrection is God's greatest joke on the devil. Get in on the joke as we celebrate with lessons and laughter. You are also invited to find your inner stand-up comedian! There will be a time for people to share (church appropriate) jokes and stories.

Gathering of Spirits - April 14

Join us at 5:45 pm at Windsor Browns for a time when our spirits encounter God’s Spirit in spirited discussion on wide ranging topics.

Sunday Lunch Bunch - April 26

Anyone who wishes may join in going out to lunch after worship. Location TBD.
