Thank you to Alan, Glory, Tracy, Scott, and Cheri who volunteered at this year's Halloween Parade. SO much popcorn, and so many people that we were able to reach with a small gesture of God's Love for them.

Reformation Sunday

Today!

Even if you have not RSVP'd you are still welcome to attend.

FALL WORSHIP SERIES

Sermon: Why Are Presbyterians Like That? Better Together

Scripture: Acts 15:19, 22-29

This series is based on a study by Rev. Dr. John Williams. Like most Christians throughout history, Presbyterians affirm the faith articulated in the Nicene Creed and Apostles Creed, but we are distinguished by the particular ways we live out our faith in Jesus. We don’t claim to be the only Christians who emphasize the elements of Christian faith discussed in this series, but we do believe that these common emphases and themes mark us as distinctive in the Christian family.

Giving

Please consider making a special donation toward Per Capita.

As part of a connectional church we pay per capita apportionment per member to support the work of the larger Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). This year the amount is $40.65 and will be divided between Presbytery, Synod, and General Assembly. Every Presbyterian shares in the benefit of the PC (USA)'s system of government, so every Presbyterian is asked to share the expenses associated with coordinating and performing the functions of that system. Please consider making this special offering, You may add it to your regular offering, but please make a note that the donation includes an offering to per capita.

Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not regretfully or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7
