We hosted a quinceañera for Margo Alvarez (Aracely's daughter) this past Friday!

Palm Sunday

Worship will begin in the courtyard with our traditional

procession around the sanctuary.

Lent Worship Series - Lent in Plain Sight

Reflecting on how God's grace becomes tangible

through ordinary objects in our lives.

Sermon: Lent in Plain Sight: Coats

Scripture: Luke 19:28b-40

God often works through the ordinary: ordinary people, ordinary objects, ordinary grace. It is through the mundane that we hear God’s invitation to grow in faith and service. This Lent, guided by the book, Lent in Plain Sight by Jill Duffield, we will focus on ten ordinary objects that Jesus would have encountered on his way to Jerusalem (dust, bread, the cross, coins, shoes, oil, coats, towels, thorns, and stones*) and listen for the lessons that God offers to us through them.

Our Chancel Choir is a non auditioned choir that is supported by the wonderful voices of our choral interns. All are welcome to add their voice as we lead the congregation in giving praise to God.

The Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) has completed the Mission Discernment Profile (MDP) and uploaded it. They have begun to evaluate applications that they have received and will soon begin conversations with potential candidates.

The choir and readers will lead us through the final hours of Jesus' life.

Evening Bible Study, April 8, 7pm in the Library

We are studying the parables of Jesus. We will be discussing Matthew 13:1-9, the parable of the sower.

Holy Humor Sunday - April 12

It has been said that the resurrection is God's greatest joke on the devil. Get in on the joke as we celebrate with lessons and laughter. You are also invited to find your inner stand-up comedian! There will be a time for people to share (church appropriate) jokes and stories.

Gathering of Spirits - April 14

Join us at 5:45 pm at Windsor Browns for a time when our spirits encounter God’s Spirit in spirited discussion on wide ranging topics.
