Rock and Water: The Power of Thought~The Peace of Letting Go
We are very excited to announce our first book, Rock and Water by Scott Cooper. This integrated resource for greater happiness will keep you moving peacefully through the unpredictable ups and downs of life.

Just as a stream seamlessly wanders through the natural world over, around, or surrounded by rocks, the purpose of  Rock and Water  is to provide access to basic skills to help us enhance our happiness in the midst of the meanderings of our everyday lives, regardless of the obstacles (in particular the emotional strain of modern living).

These skills are based primarily on current research and practice in the fields of cognitive-behavioral psychology and mindfulness/acceptance, two disciplines that have mostly been isolated from each other.

Rock and Water  is research-based and practical, while also being philosophical and personal; and includes several narratives from the life experiences of a wide variety of prominent people in history (Viktor Frankl, Rosa Parks, Nelson Mandela, Audrey Hepburn, Mohandas Gandhi and many others).

Prayer of the Week
If one would take time, once a day at least, to let go of all that is not true and lay hold of Reality: let go of doubt, distrust, worry, condemnation and fear, and lay hold of Life in Its expressions of beauty, truth and wholeness, his mental congestion would be healed. ~Ernest Holmes

In this moment, as I ponder all the sights I see and all the sounds I hear, I feel the immensity of life. I recognize that God is all of this and so very, very much more!

In every moment I know I am connected to God. As God is everywhere present, then God is present within me at all times. My very breath is God as is every beat of my heart. God is my very essence and in joy I know and I accept this truth for everyone reading this word now.

In this Lenten season of letting go, we allow the all-perfect power of Spirit to operate through us, as we gently release what is not serving our highest good. We open up to new and exciting opportunities and trust the power within to guide our every step. We are strong with the strength of Spirit and confident in our choices because we know the Law will operate according to our belief in It.

With a love and joy filled heart, and knowing these words are the truth and action of Spirit, I release this Word into the Law. I relax and know with complete faith that all is well and I let it be.

And So It Is!
