2024 Scrub Seal Project

Our streets are starting to show that brand-new scrub seal glow! During the scrub seal work, the roadway can be driven on immediately after the rollers have been over the scrub rock. This work may result in minor delays, but access to homes and businesses should remain open (as feasible).  A revised schedule is provided via the link below.

It is best if traffic drives slowly (20 mph or less) on the newly sealed surface for several days after the scrub seal. The roadway will have loose gravel on it until it is swept 3 to 7 days after the scrub seal

REMINDER: The final "fog seal" layer will be applied after the scrub seal has had at least three days to cure. This final layer can oftentimes be sticky - please use caution when driving, biking, walking, skating, and/or rollerblading on any fresh coats of sealants.

Questions? Residents can call One Way Trigger at (916) 747-3058.
